About Maureen E. Havard, MSN, RN, FNP,BC |
Maureen is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than thirteen years medical experience in diverse clinical settings. In addition to family practice, she has worked in the subspecialties of cardiology, urology, gerontology, and critical care medicine. She has a strong clinical foundation of internal medicine and acute care.
She is dedicated to a comprehensive approach to patient care. Since joining our practice in the summer of 2009, Maureen has enjoyed working with Dr. Kittley, and is intent on learning how herbal medicines and food sensitivities can influence clinical situations and medical management decision making. She just recently moved back "home" from Corpus Christi, where she worked with a urology group for about five years. While there, she specialized in voiding dysfunction in women, sexual medicine and erectile dysfunction in men, and male and female genitourinary cancers. She and her husband Steven, have 4 grown children, 1 grandchild, and 2 dogs--a Rottweiler who is bilingual (not really) imported from Yugoslovia named Brutus, and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Thumper. |
